Lincoln’s birthday is in April and at his birthday party he was given $880 (in place of gifts) to split between medical supplies for Ukraine and Canadian Wish Foundation.

This morning Lincoln went to Rexall Store #2063 at Dundas and Burnhamthorpe to purchase medical supplies. Rexall Manager Cheryl was very generous to provide her discount to further stretch the funding.

All the medical items, along with diapers and formula, that are being gathered by donors will be assembled on Wednesday April 6 for shipment to Ukraine.

We are proud of all our friends and all the folks from across the GTA that have joined together in helping, along with Lincoln’s classmates, to make our second shipment even larger.

We are often strangers from different Toronto neighbourhoods but share the same desire to help those we see in heartbreaking need in Ukraine as well as those Ukrainians seeking shelter in European countries.
