The Kiwanis Club of Brampton recently delivered a $20,000 donation to the National Service Dogs. The donation will go towards supporting the autism teams in the Brampton area.
The full letter of acknowledgement is included below.
Dear Stan and the Kiwanis Club of Brampton:
I wish to extend my sincere thanks, appreciation and acknowledgement of your generous donation of $20,000 to National Service Dogs on February 28, 2022. As always your gift will be utilized to support our autism teams in your area.
With your support, Alex received his first National Service Dog ten years ago and successfully navigated elementary school with NSD Kimba. Kimba and Alex’s dad Greg were regular attendees of the annual Santa Claus Parade. Today, Kimba is retired and NSD Coco took up the mantel. COVID has made the transition to a new dog a bit more challenging, but we look forward to introducing you to Team Coco at the parade this fall.
As mentioned at the virtual meeting NSD Vinny is working with Tara’s son Nick and attends school with him every day. The family is very grateful for your continued support of their team.
On behalf of NSD, I would like to thank you for our 17 years of partnership and friendship. I am looking forward to being back in person for the parade this fall with the dogs and their families. We are honoured to have been recognized with such a generous gift in commemoration of the Celebrity Clowns 20th Anniversary. Thank for all you do for your community, our kids and their families.
With Gratitude,
